Front Desk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression.
- Provide information about our services, offers, and promotions to clients.
- Handle client bookings, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations.
- Process client payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote and upsell products and services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, converting them into sales.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and maintaining client records.
- Handle any client concerns or issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide tours of the facility and explain service offerings in detail.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth client experiences.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist, sales executive, or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Englidh and Malayalam.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in the health, fitness, nutrition or wellness industry.
- Knowledge of basic sales techniques and upselling strategies.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
