Job Summary:
The Quality Executive will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes. This includes implementing and maintaining quality control measures, conducting audits and inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes and products
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain documentation and records related to quality control
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Train employees on quality control procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality of raw materials

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in quality management (e.g. ISO 9001)
- Experience with food safety management systems (e.g. HACCP)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g. FSSAI, BRC)
