**Tender Executive**

**Job Responsibility**:

- **excellent understanding in the business scenario / context, experience in bidding for Govt tenders, write documents/presentations, and work well with computer tools**:

- **Identify Suitable opportunities/tenders**:

- **Handle documentation for empanelment / Vendor registration**:

- **Tender preparation, submission and support for Physical / Online tenders**:

- **Preparation of Pre bid queries.**:

- **Scrutiny of tender documents and Preparation of Technical / Commercial Bid documents.**:

- **Evaluating tender / Bid documents & schedules**:

- **Evaluate the tenders with Commercial conditions and Technical specifications.**:

- **Preparation of tender costing.**:

- **Pricing / Estimation / Costing (Preparation of Rate analysis)**:

- **Preparation of Pre-Qualification of tender document.**:

- **Responsible for timely submission of tenders and its follow up.**:

- **Respond to small / mid-size enquiries from time to time as required.**:

- **Regular follow up with client for recovery of EMD /receipt of PO and allied activities.**

**Experience: 3 - 4 years in Solar industry**

**Education Qualification: BE/B Tech (Electrical)**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
