Transport Helpdesk Executive
Work Dynamics

**What's this Job involves**:
To provide MEP Help Desk services in accordance with the Virtusa defined policies, procedures and processes.
Achievement of the Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets.
Provide Call logging services in accordance with the service guidelines.
Receive and log complaints - Record complete details of the service requests / complaints.
Assign and Dispatch - Assign specific service provider/resource based on the nature of request / complains.
Associate’s feedback - Communicate with requestor to ensure call closure, request status, reasoning and commit on probable timing of call closure
Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to (Client)
Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity.
Work closely with Engineering and Soft Services Team in relation to the completion of work orders/ contractor management and agreed operational procedures
Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner and consistent within established service level
Handle complaints in a professional manner and provide prompt feedback to complainer
Achieve improvements from each consecutive customer satisfaction levels that do not decrease from the initial measured result.

Proven industry experience
Are you a degree holder with three to five years’ experience in facilities management? Do you have a solid background in helpdesk operations and strong working knowledge of occupational safety? Do you have a proven track record in rolling out improvement initiatives? If you said yes to all these, then we encourage you to apply.
