**Customer Care Executive**

I ) Education and other Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Proven customer relation’s skills both in person and over telephone
- Proven ability to communicate and determine customer’s needs
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Legible writing and good administrative skills
- Good communication skills (listening, questioning)
- Good time management skills
- Proven selling skills

II ) Experience:

- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in any authorized dealer outlet in equivalent cadre

III) Job Responsibilities
- Call customer within 72 hours after delivery of vehicle to customer
- Clear identification of customers needs ensure speedy work process
- Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time
- Educate the customer on the benefits of Appointment system
- Ensure all filing is kept up to date (including customer history files and regular purging of

inactive customer files)
- Conduct customer service reminders
- Regular follow ups on no show and service calls

IV ) Growth Potential:
