**Position**: Customer Success Associate
(International Process)

**Work Mode**:

- Work From Office

**Location**:

- Mansarovar, Jaipur

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries efficiently and provide resolutions in a professional manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Utilize **Zendesk software** for back-office tasks and customer interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

**Skillset Required**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Zendesk software with at least **6 months of prior experience**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Open to **graduates** and **undergraduates**.

**Interview Process**:

**Work Schedule**:

- **Working Days**: 5.5 days per week
- **Week Off**: Rotational
- **Shifts**: Rotational shifts
- **Travel Assistance**:

- Females: Cab facility during night shifts.
- Males: ₹180 travel allowance.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Salary: Up to **₹25,000 CTC**:

- Additional travel benefits as mentioned.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
