We have a new opportunity for a Powder Coating Supervisor to join an established British manufacturer of large-scale, bespoke garden equipment based in Oldham. The role will involve overseeing the planning, development and output of the powder coating and kitting teams.

This is a permanent role working on a 2PM - 10PM shift Monday - Friday

**Role Description**:

- Responsible for a 6-man team of powder coating operatives
- Ensure products are completed and ready for dispatch on time
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Purchasing & Stock Control
- Manage production schedules of both shifts
- Resolve any customer issues
- Compliance with Health & Safety Standards
- Work to set production targets and have responsibility of updating production records daily

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Demonstrable Experience in powder coating/paint shop/manufacturing
- Management/Supervisor qualification or experience
- Ability to work to multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
