**Order Processing and Management**:
Review and Verify Orders: Ensure that purchase orders are accurate, complete, and match with the corresponding inventory and shipping details.

Order Prioritization: Prioritize orders based on urgency, shipping requirements, and customer preferences.
- **Inventory Coordination**:
Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for fulfilling orders. Coordinate with inventory managers to resolve stock discrepancies.

Replenishment Planning: Work with procurement teams to plan and execute inventory replenishment as needed.
- **Dispatch Operations**:
Pick and Pack: Oversee the picking and packing of items to ensure they are correctly packaged and labeled according to order specifications.

Shipping Arrangements: Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule and arrange for the dispatch and delivery of orders. Ensure adherence to shipping timelines and accuracy.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:
Prepare Shipping Documentation: Generate and review shipping documents such as packing slips, invoices, and shipping labels.

Compliance Checks: Ensure all shipments comply with company policies, industry regulations, and international shipping laws where applicable.
- **Customer Communication**:
Order Status Updates: Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their orders, including dispatch notifications and tracking information.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to order dispatch, including delays, discrepancies, or customer complaints.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to dispatch operations, such as order fulfillment rates, shipping accuracy, and delivery times.

Report Generation: Prepare regular reports on dispatch activities, including order volumes, delays, and operational efficiency, for management review.
- **Team Coordination**:
Supervise Staff: Oversee the activities of warehouse staff involved in the dispatch process, providing guidance and training as needed.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in dispatch processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Quality Control**:
Ensure Accuracy: Conduct checks to verify that all orders are correct and meet quality standards before dispatch.

Handle Returns: Manage the process for handling returns and exchanges, ensuring proper documentation and restocking.

Safety and Compliance:
Safety Protocols: Ensure that all dispatch activities adhere to safety standards and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with regulations affecting warehousing and shipping to ensure compliance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
