Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Executive at SVITCH BIKE® in Ahmedabad. The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for daily stock and inventory control, managing operations, overseeing forklift operations, and optimizing inventory management processes.
**Qualifications**:
3 Years experience, Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
Preferred to have experience in Automobile Industry
Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management skills
Experience in Operations Management and optimizing processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Prior experience in warehouse management
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
**Responsibilities**:
Inventory: Maintain accurate stock control systems and ensure inventories are up to date.
Quality: Ensure that goods meet quality standards and are stored safely.
Safety: Maintain health and safety standards, including ensuring that stock is stored safely and that employees are working safely.
Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, and monitor their performance.
Communication: Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport companies.
Logistics: Oversee the logistics of transporting products to customers and company facilities.
Equipment: Inspect and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery.
Reports: Produce regular reports and statistics.
Planning: Plan future capacity requirements and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
Policies: Implement operational policies and procedures.
Documentation: Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
