The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role plays a vital part in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring that warehouse operations are carried out smoothly, and supporting the logistics team to meet customer and business requirements.

Years of Experience - 2 to 3 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and track stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure proper inventory control.
- Assist with the management of stock replenishment and stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
- Maintain accurate records of goods received and dispatched.

**2. Warehouse Operations**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they follow safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Ensure that the warehouse layout and storage systems are optimized for efficient workflow.

**3. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch**:

- Manage the preparation and packing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments are correctly labeled, documented, and dispatched on time.
- Coordinate with transportation/logistics providers to ensure the efficient delivery of goods.

**4. Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
- Enforce proper handling and storage procedures for hazardous materials, if applicable.
- Conduct safety training and encourage adherence to safety standards by all team members.

**5. Team Supervision**:

- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
- Assign tasks and provide guidance on day-to-day warehouse activities.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

**6. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, order fulfillment, and any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of data for audits and compliance checks.

**7. Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for improving warehouse processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Recommend and implement best practices in warehouse management and logistics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
