**Responsibilities**:
1. **Developing Sales Strategies**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.

2. **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing initiatives.

3. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with our product/service offerings.

4. **Sales Presentations **:Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products/services.

5. **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.

6. **Marketing Campaigns**: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote TEFLAS' products/services, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.

7. **Sales Reporting**: Generate regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to management to optimize sales performance.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field. MBA students are preferred.

2. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

5. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.

6. Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

7. Must be eligible to work onsite at our [mention location] office.
