**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.).
- Schedule, publish, and monitor daily posts and campaigns using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build online communities.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year** of experience in a **marketing or branding agency** (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**.
- Ability to generate creative ideas and adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
