- Generating client leads to buy residential as well as commercial properties.
- Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Showing properties to potential buyers.
- Facilitating negotiations.
- Promoting properties with ads, listings
- Show properties to potential buyers, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting
- Answer any questions that potential buyers may have about the property, about contracts and terms of sale
- Keep track of trends and developments in the local real estate community and stay updated on the market scenario for home sales

**REAL ESTATE PROPERTY SELLING EXPERIENCE IS COMPULSORY.**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
