**Responsibilities**
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables or preparing sauces)
- Completes hot meal preparation by grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling ingredients and assembling and refrigerating cold ingredients.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report, and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and employees.
- Listens to employees’ complaints and suggestions and resolves complaints.

**Requirements and skills**
- 2+ years of proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best practices

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Culinary school diploma/Degree
- Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in the ability to operate standard food service equipment safely and effectively

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
