**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategize and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for client acquisition.
- Lead data research and prospect building from online portals.
- Drive client acquisition via digital marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn outreach, targeted campaigns).
- Analyze marketing performance and prepare MIS dashboards.
- Train and guide junior executives in data handling and digital marketing.
- Innovate with AI tools for marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing and client acquisition.
- Strong track record of lead generation and client acquisition through digital platforms.
- Proficient in LinkedIn, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- AI-curious - comfortable adopting AI/automation tools for business growth.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end marketing and business development independently.

**Performance Metrics**
- Client acquisition numbers through digital campaigns.
- ROI and efficiency of marketing spends.
- Team guidance and contribution to overall business growth.
- AI adoption in digital marketing and analytics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
