**Job Title**: Sales Support Executive
**Location**: Yogi chowk, Surat

**Reports To**: Sales Support Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in daily operations and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery timelines.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and client visits for the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in compiling monthly/weekly reports.
- Support lead generation activities by researching and qualifying prospects.
- Ensure CRM/database is updated and maintained with accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer support role (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
