Greetings from Nexus, We're urgently hiring for **"Account Executive (Payable)"** for one of the Packaging Manufacturing Industry **Location **:Sanand, Ahmedabad **Experience**:5+ years **Job responsibilities**: 1. Process and verify vendor invoices, credit memos, and payment requests. 2. Ensure accurate and timely payment processing, including checks, wire transfers, and online payments. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, including vendor files and payment histories. 4. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. 5. Communicate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and management regarding payment-related issues. 6. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and regulatory requirements. 7. Perform monthly closing and accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations. 8. Prepared monthly GST and TDS databased. 9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. 10.
