We're urgently hiring for **"Account Executive (Payable)"** for one of the Packaging Manufacturing Industry

**Location **:Sanand, Ahmedabad

**Experience**:5+ years

**Job responsibilities**:
1. Process and verify vendor invoices, credit memos, and payment requests.

2. Ensure accurate and timely payment processing, including checks, wire transfers, and online payments.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, including vendor files and payment histories.

4. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

5. Communicate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and management regarding payment-related issues.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and regulatory requirements.

7. Perform monthly closing and accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

8. Prepared monthly GST and TDS databased.

9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

10. Complete any other duty assigned by superior from time to time.

**Experience / Skills Required: -**
- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or finance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Flexibiz ERP )
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
