**Experience**:

- 3 - 4 years in Sales
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Banquet sales in hospitality or event industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Skills Required:

- Good Communication & Interpersonal skills is must
- Proficiency in English (verbal/written) is must
- Proficiency with MS Office

**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic Banquet Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, who can effectively manage and coordinate all aspects of banquet sales to ensure memorable events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between clients and banquet operations team.
- Promote and sell banquet services to potential clients.
- Coordinate event logistics, including menu selection, room setup, and audiovisual equipment.
- Prepare contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and meet sales targets and revenue goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or event planning.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
