**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Marketing**: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract clients for banquets and events.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- **Event Coordination**: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events, including coordination of logistics, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
- **Quoting and Negotiation**: Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients, negotiate terms, and secure contracts for banquet and event bookings.
- **Networking**: Actively engage in networking activities to promote the venue and establish partnerships with event planners, corporations, and other potential clients.
- **Budget Management**: Work within budgetary constraints to maximize profitability while delivering high-quality events.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to make informed decisions.
