- Existing network for **corporate sales** preferable
- Can create new sales channels with ease
- Proficient in **Verbal and Written English**:

- MBA in **sales and marketing** would be a plus

- We ensure this by working on a unique model which is only for the first **B2B foundational** sales person.
- Our starting sales profile salary structure -fixed monthly - 30,000 INR (in hand)
- Variable salary on profit per sale: -up to 1 lakh profit - 20 % (e.g. - 20k on 1 lakh profit per sale)
- 1-3 lakhs profit - 15 % (e.g. - 20k on first lakh + 30k on next two lakhs on total 3 lakhs profit per sale)
- 3 lakhs profit - 10 % (e.g. - 50k lakhs on first 3 lakhs plus 10% on x amount profit above 3 lakhs)
- There is no upper cap on sales or profit. Based on our past order volumes, on a monthly basis, the total salary which is fixed 35 k plus additional variable can easily cross 1-2 lakh per month.
- As stated earlier this model is exclusively for our first foundational sales person who will be laying the groundwork and hence be fruitfully rewarded.
- After hiring for the founding sales member, all future sales executives working under him/her would be rewarded with fixed compensations only.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
