We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a
As a Customer Relations Executive for Projects, you will be the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and expectations, while ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients regarding project status updates, changes, and issues.
**Responsibilities**
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding project status updates, changes, and issues
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project status updates, site reports and other relevant information
Prepare and get approval for project and site reports which then has to be submitted to clients
Work closely with various departments, such as sales, project management, and technical teams, to ensure that projects are executed seamlessly and clients receive exceptional service.
Respond promptly and effectively to client concerns or complaints, escalating issues as needed and working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve them.
Implement proactive measures to prevent future issues and enhance overall client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
Customer Relations Executive 1
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer relationship or account management role, preferably within a project-based environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi, English (Tamil optional), with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management skills.
**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Patna City, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
