**Store executive - Warehouse**
**Job Summary**:
The Store In Charge will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the store. This includes managing inventory levels, ensuring the store is clean and organized, supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are stocked appropriately.

Monitor and manage the store's expenses.

Submit the weekly and monthly basic of Inventory Report/Staffing report/Maintenance Report/Promotional Activity Report.

Create and implement processes and procedures to improve store operations and customer service.

Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.

Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Create and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the store meets all operational goals.

**Qualifications**:
A bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Store executive - Warehouse 1

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of inventory management and budgeting.

Excellent in excel/Data interpretation/Data Visualization

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 pounds.

Ability to bend and stoop to retrieve items from lower shelves.

Store executive - Warehouse 2

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
