Role Summary:
Responsible for the timely and efficient management, administration, collection of defective hardware(s) from the field by utilizing their excellent communication, interpersonal, systems and analytical skills. The position also requires an understanding on the RMA and reverse logistic practices

What You will Do:

- Being focal for all defective returns in relation to sophos End users/partners globally.
- Adhere to organization policy and standards while handling the recovery process.
- Verifies and correct discrepancies into systems related to return shipment.
- Maintains return process database up to date with accurate information.
- Create and maintain reports using Excel.
- Track airway bills for return shipments.

What you will Bring:

- Any bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in customer service, RMA logistic practices.
- Excellent communicator Fluent in English
- Committed, flexible and teamwork are key attributes
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirement.
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office programs
