**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Executive to oversee and manage our warehouse operations and supply chain. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, ensuring efficient supply management, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations. You will work closely with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials to meet customer demands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demands.
- Manage and maintain accurate Supply and inventory records using ERP systems.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
- Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely procurement of goods and materials.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to plan and optimize inbound and outbound logistics.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of outgoing shipments.
- Analyze supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and customer service, to align supply chain activities with business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warehouse and supply chain management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management and supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain software.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to warehouse operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
