**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across **D2C and e-commerce platforms**.
- Coordinate with **3PL partners, courier services, and warehouses** for order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels, track product movement, and ensure stock availability across channels.
- Oversee **packaging, labeling, and dispatch SOPs** to ensure compliance and quality.
- Collaborate with customer care and operations teams to **reduce RTO (Return to Origin)** and failed deliveries.
- Ensure efficient **reverse logistics handling** for returns/exchanges.
- Work closely with vendors for **procurement, agreements, and performance evaluation**.
- Generate **MIS reports, analyze shipment data**, and recommend process improvements.
- Drive cost optimization, TAT (Turnaround Time) reduction, and operational scalability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field**.
- **1 - 3 years of experience** in supply chain management (preferably with a **D2C brand, FMCG, or e-commerce**).
- Proven experience in **3PL management, courier coordination, and warehouse operations**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, Google Sheets, ERP/SAP, or logistics management tools**.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
