**Order Management**:

- Take the follow-ups on driving all critical product production related projects, to ensure delivery to customers on time.
- Ensure co-ordination with different departments to deliver their parts of the project on time.
- Support BOM - Work on problem solving with different departments, to find creative solutions to ensure delivery of material OTIF.
- Keep a constant track on the targeted production date - to ensure that whatever needs to be done for meeting this, is done.
- Focus on line of actions being agreed during regular Sales & Operations(S&OP) meetings and ensure it is getting completed in time
- Track & Analyze order fulfilment status and resolve pending orders.
- Create a standard set of reports, which can be used inwardly, as well as outwardly - to manage the overall business. Work with IT to automate the creation & delivery of some of the reports like VSR reports, Critical Order Reports, Pending Order Reports, Order Entry Reports;
- Service Delivery Reports

**Skills Required**:
Strong Academic Background with Proficiency in English language.

Adaptability and Coordination Skills.

Good Institutional background.

Career Aspirations in SC&OM.

Highly scored.

Should have master in MBA and ideally from supply chain and from ideally manufacturing.

**Must be someone from a Supply Chain/Planning/NPD/Commercialization/Operations/Project Management background.**

**Person must have basic knowledge on Operations / Supply chain, May have worked in Pharma, Personal Care manufacturing company.**

**Education Required - B.Tech / MBA ( Supply Chain)**

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹288,000.00 per year
