
Customer Service Representative

Responsible for making the junior team's monthly schedule and ensuring they do it religiously.
Accountable for calling customers for their order and address confirmation, in case the customer does not pick the call up, send them a message.
In case stock is unavailable for prepaid orders, communicate with customers and assure them of the refund.
Accountable for communicating any refund-related issue with the customer.
Working as an NDR team member and communicating with the customer as and when required.
Trying to retain the lost customer who ordered once but canceled it later.
Training the new joining as well as the junior team.
Managing orders in terms of first come first out.
Delegating work to the junior team.
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of customer orders for imitation jewelry products.
Ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
Continuously evaluate and improve order processing workflows, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Oversee the entire order management process, from order entry to order delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to established procedures.
Responsible for retaining lost customers.
Ensuring Order Fulfillment in TAT.
Maintain an Excel sheet for carrying out day-to-day activities.
Reporting to the superior.
Any other work is given by top management.
