**Responsibilities**:
Brand Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Create and implement strategies to strengthen brand positioning and enhance brand awareness.

Brand Communication:

- Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with the communication team to create engaging and compelling content that communicates the brand's values and story.
- Monitor and manage online and offline brand presence, ensuring a positive and consistent image.
- Campaign Management:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to promote brand initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 Years of experience in marketing or similar related field.
- Proven experience in brand management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
