**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across **Google Ads** and **Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram Ads)**.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of ad spend for maximum ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to create high-performing campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in Google Ads, Meta platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
- Drive lead generation and conversions while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage past website visitors and potential customers.

**Qualifications**:

- **2+ years experience in Real Estate lead generation**:

- Kowledge of audience targeting strategies, ad placements, and bidding techniques.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results through paid marketing campaigns.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
