Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain office files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.AI Talent Assessment Platform
- **Office Supplies Management**: Monitor inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed to ensure availability. AI Talent Assessment Platform
- **Visitor Coordination**: Welcome visitors, answer their queries, and guide them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- **Data Entry**: Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to databases.
- **Meeting Support**: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in an office setting preferred; freshers with strong organizational skills
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with office equipment like printers and fax machines.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
