**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.

2. **Receiving and Dispatch**:

- Receive incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of goods received.
- Organize and label stock items for easy retrieval.
- Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring accurate documentation.

3. **Organization and Maintenance**:

- Arrange stock in an organized and accessible manner.
- Implement proper storage techniques to ensure product integrity.
- Regularly inspect stock for damage or expiration and report findings.

4. **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of all stock transactions, including receipts and withdrawals.
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any discrepancies.

5. **Communication**:

- Collaborate with other departments to understand their stock needs and requirements.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
