**Oversee Daily Operations** - Ensure smooth functioning of the store, including cleanliness, staff coordination, and customer service.
- **Inventory & Stock Management** - Track raw materials and finished goods, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers.
- **Customer Service & Sales** - Handle customer inquiries, ensure satisfaction, and train staff on service etiquette.
- **Staff Supervision** - Manage store employees, assign tasks, and conduct training sessions for new hires.
- **Billing & Cash Handling** - Oversee POS operations, ensure accurate billing, and reconcile daily sales.
- **Hygiene & Compliance** - Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with **FSSAI** and local regulations.
- **Equipment & Maintenance** - Ensure proper functioning of ovens, refrigerators, and other store equipment.
- **Marketing & Promotions** - Assist in in-store promotions, product displays, and customer engagement activities.
- **Expense & Cost Control** - Monitor store expenses, minimize wastage, and suggest cost-effective solutions.
- **Reporting & Coordination** - Provide sales reports, operational feedback, and improvement suggestions to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
