**Job Title: Store Incharge (Female)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and in line with company standards.
- Engage with clients, answering inquiries, providing quotes, and making follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients for payments and reviews, ensuring timely payment collections.
- Coordinate with the factory to ensure order supplies are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Schedule and conduct client calls to arrange store visits.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, quotations, and payments.
- Manage stock inventory, reorder supplies, and keep the store well-organized.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and resolve them promptly.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the interior industry.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Experience in handling client follow-ups and payment management.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the interior design or home decor industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
