**Executive - Store Keeper**
- Receive Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Stores & Consumables (S&C) in accordance with supplier delivery challans.
- Verify the quality and quantity of all received materials to ensure they match the delivery challans and meet company standards.
- Ensure all RM, PM, and S&C conform to the company's approved specifications and quality norms.
- Issue RM, PM, and S&C as per requisitions raised by the Production-in-Charge.
- Maintain the **Daily Receipt Sheet** in the company’s prescribed format for accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain the **Daily Issue Sheet** as per the company’s format to track issued materials.
- Update and manage the **Daily Store Register** in Excel for RM and PM, following the prescribed format of the organization.
- Ensure proper and secure storage of all materials to prevent damage, spoilage, or loss due to improper handling or environmental conditions.
- Monitor stock levels to maintain adequate inventory of RM, PM, and S&C, preventing any stockouts or production delays.
- Oversee the cleaning of dry fruits to ensure they are free of stones and other extraneous matter before storage or usage.
- Conduct timely procurement planning for RM, PM, and S&C in coordination with the procurement team.
- Perform all local/outdoor tasks required for the smooth operation of the stores department.
- Conduct monthly physical stock verification and reconciliation of inventory records.
- Perform any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
