**Work Schedule**: No weekly offs or holidays due to business operations.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Placement & Vendor Coordination**: Source materials at the best rates and favorable credit terms. Handle timely procurement and replenishment of stock to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- **Inventory Management**: Receive, label, and organize incoming stock. Ensure all goods are stored securely and systematically.
- **Stock Monitoring**: Maintain optimal stock levels through routine checks and physical stock counts. Monitor expiry dates, damage, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using both manual logs and inventory software. Track all stock movements including receipts, issues, and returns.
- **Replenishment Planning**: Assist in forecasting and placing restocking orders based on consumption patterns and operational needs.
- **Receiving & Inspection**: Verify quality and quantity of incoming goods against purchase orders and report discrepancies immediately.
- **Material Handling**: Ensure safe handling, storage, and organization of materials as per hygiene and safety standards.
- **Stock Issuance**: Issue inventory to internal departments with proper documentation and maintain accountability for materials distributed.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Maintain cleanliness and safety in the storage area. Identify and report expired or broken items.
- **Internal Coordination**: Liaise with kitchen, housekeeping, and operations teams to ensure timely supply of materials as per their needs.
- **Software Operation**: Update all entries in the inventory software and maintain proper documentation for audits and reporting.
- **Crisis Response**: Act swiftly to procure materials during emergencies or sudden surges in demand, ensuring business continuity.
- **Team Support**: Assist senior inventory or store managers with day-to-day responsibilities and special assignments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in storekeeping, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Familiarity with inventory software and basic Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical stock and multitask in a high-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working on weekends and holidays.
