**Job position : Store Keeper**

**Experience - 3 years - 7 years**

**Location - Bandra west**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and safely store all incoming deliveries of food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies.
- Inspect deliveries for any damage or discrepancies and report them to management for proper recording and reimbursement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using appropriate systems.
- Perform regular stock audits and physical counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Manage stock rotation using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to prevent spoilage and waste.
- **Storage and Organization**:

- Ensure all supplies and ingredients are stored in a clean, organized, and safe environment, following food safety standards.
- Organize the store layout for efficient access and proper storage of goods.
- Safely handle and dispose of surplus and expired inventory.
- **Logistics and Compliance**:

- Coordinate the receiving, storage, and issuance of equipment and supplies.
- Generate reports and documentation for orders placed and received.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, safety regulations, and food safety standards.
- **Cost Control and Reporting**:

- Track the cost and utilization of inventory to identify potential cost-cutting measures.
- Meet with department heads to present analysis and reports on inventory usage and costs.

- **Attention to Detail**: Crucial for accurately managing inventory, inspecting deliveries, and maintaining records.

- **Communication Skills**: Clear communication with suppliers and kitchen staff is essential for smooth operations.
- **Basic Math Skills**: Needed for managing stock counts, calculations, and financial records.
