**Experience**:4-8 Years

Coordination with the Reporting Manager, Lab Head and technical staff in developing the QMS of the laboratory.

To oversee the compliance and implementation of the requirements of the QMS.

To report any discrepancies and observed non conformances to the Reporting Manager and plan corrective action in coordination with Lab head and Corporate Quality Head.

Report directly to the level of local laboratory management i.e. Lab head and corporate Quality Head, at which decisions are made on the laboratory policies and resources.

To ensure there are procedures to control all documents and information that forms quality documentation.

Coordinate with technical staff and respective calibration agencies or manufacturers to ensure regular calibration of equipment and maintain records.

To plan organize and carry out internal audits of all elements of the system, both managerial and technical.

To plan and conduct MRM's as per the QMS.

To plan, organize and carry out training with respect to QMS and ISO 15189:2012.

Performance Qualification processes i.e., review of Validation and Verification data according to compliances.

Monitoring & Preparing the Quality Indicators and Quality Improvement on monthly basis.

Day-to-day QM- establishment, implementation, and monitoring.

Monitor and update statistical data and control charts.

Ensure the participation of laboratory in available and relevant proficiency tests and inter-lab collaborative studies with their reports.

Monitors the complaints and corrective measures taken in coordination with Technical Manager.

Coordination with the assigned lab i.e., review of monthly work sheet and Corrective actions, ILC, validation and Verification data and regular calibration of equipments.

**Skills**

Knowledge of instruments and equipments used in Laboratories.

Basic knowledge of MS word, Excel, power point.

ISO 15189:2012 certification.
