Role Overview:

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Intern
to support our QA team in ensuring exceptional service standards and client satisfaction. You'll gain hands-on exposure to
performance monitoring, evaluation processes, and operational excellence
in the nutrition industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess coach-client interactions for quality and compliance.
  • Compile and analyze performance data.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to team members.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving QA frameworks and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Students or recent graduates from any discipline (background in nutrition preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proactive and eager to learn about performance monitoring systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
