Dida Sports is looking out for Quality Assurance Specialist (Garment Manufacturing)

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct Fit, Line Plan, Pre-Production Meeting (PPM), Mid Inspection, and Final Inspection activities to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Perform Advanced Quality Control (AQC) activities, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of garment quality attributes and technical specifications.
- Utilize advanced quality measurement tools and equipment to assess garment dimensions, stitching, materials, and overall workmanship.
- Identify and address potential quality issues at various stages of production, making recommendations for corrective actions and process improvements.
- Analyze and interpret quality data to generate reports, highlighting trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to communicate quality expectations and requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality control standards, techniques, and best practices.
- Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to problem-solving initiatives to improve product quality and minimize defects.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and advancements related to quality control and assurance.
- They need to travel for work.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, 4-6 years in garment quality roles.
- Strong grasp of garment manufacturing and QC. Proficient in Fit, Line Plan, PPM, Mid Inspection, Final Inspection. AQC familiarity, strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
