**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle and maintain data entry tasks and update internal databases regularly.
- Process documentation related to invoices, purchase orders, and sales records.
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, accounts, and logistics.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems in an organized manner.
- Ensure all back-end processes are executed accurately and on time.
- Perform regular follow-ups and status updates on assigned tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Proficiency in CRM software is an added advantage (if applicable).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a back-office or administrative role is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
**Salary**: 10,000 to 20,000
**Working Hours**: 9 AM to 6 PM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
