Position Title: Chief Financial Officer

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time
- **Objectives of this role**
- 1. *Financial Strategy and Planning*:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals.
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.

2. *Financial Management*:

- Oversee financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.

3. *Risk Management*:

- Identify and manage financial risks and ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in place.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.

4. *Investment and Capital Management*:

- Manage the company’s investment portfolio and assess financial performance.
- Oversee capital structure and financing strategies, including debt and equity financing.

5. *Leadership and Team Management*:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, including accountants, analysts, and other financial professionals.
- Collaborate with other executives and departments to support company-wide objectives.

6. *Stakeholder Communication*:

- Communicate financial performance and strategies to the board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

7. *Strategic Advising*:

- Provide financial insights and advice to support strategic decision-making by the CEO and other senior leaders.
- Analyze financial data to inform business strategies and operational improvements.

8. *Regulatory Compliance*:

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Prior experience as a CFO in Public Ally Listed Company
- should be a CA with aleast 5 years experience
- Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to working
