**Overview**

Given the great success of A5 Labs, we are now looking to appoint a Casino & sportsbook Product Owner to help our Product Team and company scale up at speed. We are seeking a self-starter, who is experienced in evaluating the needs of our fast-growing group company and can shape and grow our casino product capabilities in line with the business growth. This role reports to the Director of Casino and involves very close collaboration with other product domains.

**What will you do for us**Help to create and be responsible for execution of the product strategy for the Casino domain.-
- Drive measurable value from the Casino Product domain-
- Understand how users interact with the Casino platform, identify, document and deliver product fixes, modifications, and new features that are requested or observed as needed or wanted.-
- Working with a wider stakeholder group including customer operations, marketing, engineering and management teams, take accountability for the value added by the casino product portfolio.-
- Effectively manage key business stakeholders to ensure alignment between the business requirements and the product deliverables at all times-
- Actively listen, ask questions, facilitate team communication, and plan appropriate testing to reduce product risk and protect the team and organisation.-
- Act as Product Owner for all Casino product development teams including JIRA ticket creation and sprint management-
- Support the domain growth by data driven decision and prioritisation, regularly report on the business performance metrics of the Casino product.-
- Identify improvements and opportunities based on insights from real time Casino data-
- Be the point of contact between the A5 product team and operators’ marketing departments, to coordinate any product changes needed to successfully enable our operators to execute on Casino marketing campaigns and promotions.-
- Collaborate with third party casino suppliers for issue management and product improvements-
- Contribute to Casino product direction with insights gained from the industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis for specific markets.-
- Collaborate in building a strategy into expanding product portfolio into sportsbook verticalWhat you will bring to the table3+ years experience in casino product function in an online-gaming sector present in multiple jurisdictions-
- 2+ of direct product experience-
- Excellent casino and sports knowledge is highly desirable-
- Proven experience in translating customer & stakeholder feedback into user stories and running a SCRUM team-
- Experience in working closely with design and engineering teams to deliver actionable work items using JIRA-
- Experience in working with third party suppliers-
- Self-starter, proactive attitude focused on final output and issue resolution-
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, startup environment, working autonomously and remotely is desirable.-
