We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Mumbai. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing robust performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive strong return on investment (ROI) and efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC). You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives and develop tailored campaigns to meet their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy and execution plan to achieve client objectives.
- Create new media plans for new clients and maintain the performance of ads on a daily basis for existing client ad accounts.
- Manage digital prospecting and lookalike, remarketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Conduct weekly review meetings with clients to showcase ad performance and statistics.
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels, ensuring efficient CAC and ROI.
- Plan, execute, and optimize key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels.
- Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
- Collaborate with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas and present campaign results.
- Create ads on platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Truecaller, and native platforms like Outbrain and Taboola.
- Manage pixels for clients, including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking parameters required for successful campaigns.
- Ensure client requirements regarding CAC and ROI are met within given timelines.
- Maintain ad performance sheets for each client on separate excel sheets.
- Work closely on lead generation, traffic, conversion, and app download campaigns for assigned clients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads is required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹9,524.50 - ₹25,000.00 per month
