Follow standardization plan for DA processes and support delivery of measurable improvement vs target on global level
- To be responsible for:

- Definition and adjustment of existing compliance metrics
- Proper measurement of the compliance data
- On-time delivery and reporting of measured data within requested quality
- Collaboration on compliance improvement
- Drive the non-standards practice projects to improve compliance

**Qualifications**
- 4+ years' experience in market research, preferably in compliance function
- Fluent English level (written and oral)
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and communication tools.
- Highly detail oriented and focus on accuracy.
- Good communication and cross-team engagement skills.
- Good time management skills and able to manage multiple assignments and projects effectively.
