As a Financial Advisor - Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis of companies listed on the stock market of India. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients make well-informed investment decisions. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Company Research**:

- Conduct thorough research on companies listed on the Indian stock market.
- This includes analyzing financial statements, understanding business models, assessing industry trends, and evaluating competitive positioning.

**Stock Analysis**:

- Evaluate the performance of individual stocks, their historical data, and their potential for future growth.
- Identify investment opportunities and risks associated with specific stocks.

**Market Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic indicators, and global events that can impact the Indian stock market.
- Provide insights into market movements and potential implications for client portfolios.

**Portfolio Recommendations**:

- Collaborate with our financial advisory team to provide investment recommendations based on your research findings.
- Help clients construct and manage diversified portfolios that align with their financial goals and risk tolerance.

**Research Reports**:

- Prepare detailed research reports that summarize your analysis of companies and stocks.
- These reports should be clear, concise, and actionable, assisting clients in making informed investment decisions.

**Client Communication**:

- Present your research findings to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Address client queries and concerns, providing guidance and recommendations based on your research.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure all research and recommendations comply with regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies.

**Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory changes.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible service to our clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) would be a plus.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and research, preferably in the Indian stock market.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with financial advisors.
- A keen understanding of financial markets, economic trends, and investment principles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary Range**:

- 20k - 28k/month
