**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate in a relevant field.
- **Certification**: NISM 10A-10B Investment Advisor (preferred).

**Key Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Understanding of investment products and market dynamics.
- Goal-oriented and driven to exceed sales targets.
