Job Title: Relationship Executive - Investment Advisory

Location: Indore

Experience Required: 0-3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Executive to join our Share Market Investment Advisory Firm. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing investment guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction while meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients in the stock market and investment domain.

Explain our advisory services (equity, commodity, derivatives, mutual funds, etc.) to potential clients.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable investment strategies.

Onboard new clients and ensure smooth documentation and KYC process.

Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction and retention.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the management.

Coordinate with the research and advisory team to deliver accurate investment recommendations.

Handle client queries related to market trends, portfolio performance, and service details.

Update clients about new investment opportunities, market developments, and regulatory changes.

Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of stock market, trading, and investment products

Client servicing and relationship management ability

Sales and target-oriented mindset

Good negotiation and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
