**Role: Product Advisor**

**Location: T.Nagar, Chennai**

As a Product Advisor, you'll be the voice of our brand, converting conversations into paid memberships and ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and wowed

**What You'll Do**:

- Call existing members to introduce and pitch premium membership plans
- Build rapport and trust with members to encourage repeat business
- Track conversions and ensure top-notch follow-ups
- Participate in regular performance reviews and upskilling sessions
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional tone.
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
- Hit daily targets on talk time, number of calls, and revenue
- Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- 6 months+ experience in telesales, outbound calling, or direct sales
- Clear communication skills in English and any one or more Indian languages (Tamil/Malayalam/Telugu/Hindi)
- Confident, articulate speech with natural clarity
- Smart selling approach - consultative, persuasive & always customer-first
- Resilience & ownership - you take targets seriously and success personally

**Eligibility: HSC Pass / Fresh Graduates 2025 can apply**
**Experience: Min. 6 months in Telesales / Collection / Upselling / Renewals (Stable profile preferred)**

**Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 In-Hand**
**Shift: 10 AM - 7 PM | 1 Weekday Off (Mon-Fri)**
