Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, driving sales, and representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and assistance.

2. Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell our jewelry products, demonstrating knowledge of features, benefits, and unique selling points to drive sales and meet targets.

3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our jewelry collections, materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions to confidently assist customers and answer inquiries.

4. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business, providing follow-up communication and assistance as needed.

5. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment by arranging displays, restocking merchandise, and ensuring cleanliness and organization.

6. Transaction Processing: Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, following company procedures and maintaining a secure cash register.

Qualifications:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday (10.45 am to 7.00 pm)

Join Our Team:
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
