- Operate the ISBM filling and sealing machines according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor the ISBM line to ensure smooth and efficient operation, making adjustments as required to meet production targets.
- Conduct routine inspections of the ISBM equipment, identifying and reporting any technical issues or maintenance needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical problems related to the ISBM filling and sealing process to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily production goals and maintain product quality.
- Assist in training and guiding junior operators in the safe and efficient operation of the ISBM machines.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs related to the ISBM line's performance and output.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry-related regulations to ensure product quality and safety.
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of the ISBM machines and work area.
- Follow waste management procedures and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Report any deviations from standard operating procedures or quality concerns to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- One to three years of experience handling ISBM filling and sealing machines in an IV manufacturing facility within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Relevant technical education, such as an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a related field.
- Basic knowledge of ISBM filling and sealing processes, machine operation, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant industry regulations.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and maintain attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills to address minor technical issues during machine operation.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as required by production schedules.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
